| | Today was the first day of cross country. We ran around the park as a warm up, then also worked on strides and hills. It was a really fun day, im glad to be a part of cross country. |
| | Today we met at Sugarhouse Park for the buddy run. I ran with Bill and Kevin, at first I was a little scared because this would be the farthest that I had ever run but while running Bill was very helpful and I am glad that I was paired with him for this long hard run. |
| | Today we met at Sunnyside Park. We ran around the gully, worked on form and did a couple of laps. But my favorite part was the relays, I really liked them a lot, they were kinda hard but they were really fun. |
| | Today we met at the zoo. Today was another buddy run. This run I think was harder because of the steep slopes, I am glad for Ben who helped me through it, going back was a lot easier he said because it was downhill, and he was right. |
| | Today we met at Liberty Park. We ran around the park first for a warm up, then we ran around the park again but this time it was more challenging, we ran it doing firearm, or I think that is what Bill called it, but this was fun and hard at the same time. To end off we ran around the park again plus a little bit. |
| | Today I went on a 25 minute run on my own, then I did 4 sets of 10 crunchies and 3 sets of 10 push ups. | |
| | Today I start EFY so I am doing workouts on my own. This morning I ran for about a half hour of 2.50 miles. At the end of my run I did my core workouts. | |

| | Today was at Sugarhouse park and we started off running and by the time that we had finished our first 2 miles I felt really sick. I don't think I have been eating right so I am going to try experimenting for the next few days. |

| | Today we met at Fairmont Park and did the scavenger hunt. I really liked today because the run was really fun and it made us try to go fast. I felt really good today when we ran. |
| | Today we went and did the pipeline trail up Millcreek Canyon. It was a really fun trail and I feel like I am becoming better the more I run and its almost a habit. I really enjoy Cross Country. |
| | Today we met at Liberty Park and mainly worked on speed. When we ran the first 800 I got a 3:13 and on the second one I got 3:19, I think that I did pretty good, but it was more tiring than I thought it would be. |
| | Today on my own I ran to Liberty Park for my own workout. When I Got there I did 2 continual laps around the park, I timed myself and got 25:27, I think I did okay but I started out too fast to begin with, so next time I will start off at a calmer pace. When I was done I jogged home and did my core. |
| | Today was my first official race, at the Murray Park for their 4th of July run. The race was so much fun! I love running! For my first ever race I think that I did okay. I got 12th in my division and 164th out of the whole race, which I think is good? A time of 24:45. It was about 4.5 miles because of the warm up and cool down. |
| | Today we met at Sunnyside Park and ran to Shriners Hospital, I think that it was about 5 miles, and it was quite a fun run. I mainly ran with Jesse and I think that we did a pretty good job. |
| | Today we met at the Cottonwood Complex, today was a very hard day, we started off with a warm up and it wasn't too hard, but then we ran "Bessie" 4 times, then ended off with the whole regions course, it was harder than I thought it would be. I also didn't know where when we did the regions course so I kept getting lost. |
| | Today we ran the pipeline trail again, which I love! This trail is probably my favorite runs that we do! I felt really good as I ran today and running is just becoming a part of my daily habits and it seems to be a lot easier than the first week. |
| | Today we met at Liberty Park and ran around the park 3 times once as a warm up, once as fireman, and last as a cool down, today was not that bad of a day and I did a lot better than I thought I would on fireman, it seemed to be harder but it wasn't that bad. |
| | Today I ran on my own around my neighborhood, it was about 3.5 miles if not a little more. I felt really good as I ran and I think that I also like running as a group or with someone because it seems to be a little bit easier having more of a challenge, than just doing what I feel is easy for me. |
| | Today was the 7/11 run. We met at Sunnyside and started there. I really liked this run and had a good time. I now never want a slurpee again but it was worth it. We ended at Liberty and I ran home from there and straight to my piano lesson. |
| | Today we met at Wheeler Farm and to start we did a very long warm up because I got lost and the people that I was with. We then did fartlek then we did a relay and cool down. It was a really nice and relaxing run. |
| | Today we ran the JCC trail. It was an okay run, we ran the first little while with rocks in our hands and then we left them in a big pile that XC has been doing for a long time. |
| | Today we met at Sugarhouse and started off with a lap, then we played 21 on one of the state hills. I really liked this run, it was a lot of fun. I left a little early before the warm up but I think that was okay. |
| | Today we met at Liberty Park and basically just ran a ton of laps. HaHa. It was an okay run, not too bad, but I dont think I enjoy Liberty as much as others. |

| | Today we met at Sugarhouse Park. We ran the cemetery run, but me and my group kept getting lost. We finally found Sarah and basically followed her for a while. Then we found our way and finished the run off pretty well. |
| | Today we met at Sunnyside. We started there and ran what felt like forever until we got all the way to the flag pole by the freeway. I was feeling pretty sick and did okay I think for feelling the way I did. |
| | Today we met at the Cottonwood Complex. We did our warm up, and then we ran the state course while doing fartlek, I didnt get as lost as I thought I would, so I was glad. Then we ran a 1/2 mile cool down barefoot, which felt really good and was fun. |

| | Today was the Deseret News 10K! It was SO much fun! I felt really good, pretty much the whole run! I loved it! I got 48:29 which I think is okay. |
| | Today I felt like death. Last night I couldnt even breathe, this morning couldnt again. I tried running around but it did no good. So my run was really short. |

| | Today we met at the Zoo. We started off running and I was doing pretty well. When I got to the construction site neither me or Olivia really knew where to go. We stayed together and tried to find our way. But at some point we made a wrong turn and just kept running and running hoping to maybe see anyone we knew. When we were now nearing Shriners Hospital we asked a girl if she had seen any runners, she said no. So we turned around and just went back, we came upon Amanda and Kevin, but that passed us. When we finished everyone was already done. We then stretched. Really fun experience with Olivia! |
| | Today was the bike and run! I was partnered with Olivia, I thought that we would do really well and we did! We worked really well the whole entire time and I am glad to have been partnered with Olivia. We ended up finishing 5th for East, which i think was really good. |
